Information we receive
We receive information you enter when ordering, creating an account or contacting us, including your name, company details where supplied, email address, telephone number where supplied and billing details. Our website records purchased patterns and add-ons, order/payment status, payment references, file access/download records and any Terms of Use or marketing choices you submit. Website security and server logs may record technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
Why we use it
We use this information to process orders, confirm payments, provide the purchased download files, manage your account and purchase entitlements, answer support requests, investigate file/payment problems, protect the website and maintain necessary business records. Fields marked required are needed for the relevant order or service; without them, we may be unable to process that request. Other fields are optional.
Payments and service providers
Online banking payments are processed through Billplz and the participating banking/payment systems. Our website receives payment references and status; you enter banking authentication information with the banking/payment service. Do not send us your bank password or OTP. Necessary information may be handled by our website hosting, email and payment service providers to deliver these services, and by authorities where legally required. Their processing and hosting locations may include locations outside Malaysia, depending on the provider and service used. Links to WhatsApp or other external services are also subject to those services' privacy notices.
Promotions are your choice
Buying a pattern does not automatically subscribe you to promotions. Email and WhatsApp promotional choices are separate and optional. You may withdraw either choice at any time by contacting us and stating which channel you want stopped. Withdrawing promotional permission does not cancel your order or essential order/support messages. We record the latest applicable choice so our team can respect it. We do not sell customer contact lists.
Cookies, retention and security
The website uses cookies and similar storage needed for login, cart contents and website operation. We retain order and support information for as long as needed to provide the purchased service, resolve issues and meet applicable business/legal record requirements. Promotional records are retained while permission applies; a minimal record of a withdrawal may be retained to prevent unwanted marketing. Access is limited to authorized staff and providers who need it for these purposes. Records that are no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.
Your requests and updates
Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, withdraw optional permission or raise a privacy concern. We may need information sufficient to verify that the request comes from the relevant customer; do not send passwords or OTPs. Some transaction records may need to be retained despite a deletion request. If this notice changes, the updated version will be made available on the website.
