File Support & Refunds

Digital products. Your purchase supplies digital pattern files, a reference sizing chart and the materials listed in the package. No physical garment is shipped. Check the pattern, sizes, sleeve options, file format and Adobe Illustrator requirements before payment.

Corrupt, missing or incorrectly supplied files. If you cannot download/open a file, or the supplied components/sizes differ from your order, contact MYTEE INDUSTRIES on WhatsApp 012-5433405. Include your order number, filename and a description of the issue; an error screenshot may help. Do not share passwords or banking details.

Resolution. We will review the order and files, then help restore access or supply correct replacements for the purchased components. We may need your software version and information about how you opened the file. Conversion services outside the purchased package may incur a separate charge disclosed in advance.

Refund review. If a confirmed delivery or file issue cannot be resolved through assistance/replacement, contact us for a refund review of the affected part of your purchase. We will communicate the decision and refund method after review. Requests involving a change of mind or a mistaken package choice will be assessed according to the circumstances; no automatic outcome is promised.

Sizing and use. Charts are references. Finished garments may vary with fabric, machinery and sewing methods. Produce a sample before bulk production. Pattern licences are for the purchaser’s internal production; the Terms of Use and copyright restrictions continue to apply.
