The supplied files are provided in Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .ait) format, as specified in the purchased product package.
Upon receiving the files, please check each one carefully to ensure that all ordered patterns, components and sizes have been received and can be opened correctly. Should you find any missing or inaccessible files, please contact us promptly for assistance.
For optimum compatibility and to minimise potential file-related issues, we strongly recommend using the latest licensed version of Adobe Illustrator.
MYTEE INDUSTRIES shall not be held responsible for file corruption, missing components, compatibility issues or other technical problems resulting from the use of unlicensed, modified or unsupported software.
Any additional services required to convert the supplied files into another format will be charged separately, depending on the type and scope of the conversion requested.
As part of our support for MYTEE digital pattern users, complimentary sewing reference videos may be provided, subject to availability for the relevant pattern.
You are welcome to contact us periodically for the latest available videos or if you require clarification regarding sewing methods and pattern usage. We also greatly appreciate any feedback, photographs or samples of finished products produced using our patterns.
The supplied sizing charts are intended for reference purposes only. Final garment measurements may vary depending on several factors, including:
Different fabric constructions and properties may also affect the accuracy and consistency of the finished measurements.
We therefore strongly recommend producing and evaluating a physical sample for every pattern type and size before commencing sales or bulk production. This will allow your factory to verify the actual measurements, fit and production suitability under its own operating conditions.
Our sizing references are based on internal testing and samples produced at the MYTEE factory. Each factory remains responsible for conducting its own sampling, testing and quality verification before commercial production.
MYTEE INDUSTRIES continuously carries out research and development to improve pattern components based on production testing and customer feedback.
Any available updates will be announced by our sales representatives through their official status updates or communication channels.
Most adult patterns are supplied in sizes XS-3XL unless otherwise specified in the purchased package. Availability of extended sizes, up to 12XL for selected patterns, is being introduced and updated progressively to maximise the usability of our pattern collection.
All digital pattern measurements and accompanying reference materials, including sewing videos and sewing guides, are the copyrighted intellectual property of MYTEE INDUSTRIES.
These digital patterns and reference materials are provided exclusively for the purchaser's internal production use. They must not be copied, shared, distributed, transferred, published, sublicensed or resold to any third party, whether in their original or modified form.
The purchaser is permitted to modify the digital patterns where necessary to suit their own production requirements, machinery, materials and sizing specifications. However, such modifications do not grant the purchaser any ownership or redistribution rights over the original patterns or their modified versions.
